“Fun casual atmosphere, amazing service, the kind of place when you walk in the door the aroma hits you and you know you're in for an amazing meal. We got a slice of salmon quiche and a mushroom handpie. One of the smoothest most custardy quiches I've ever had, was not overly rich or eggy tasting at all, just pure perfection. The pastry on the handpie was so tender and buttery and satisfying. The only sadness I have leaving here is that I couldn't try everything in one go, so we'll definitely be coming back.”
“Delicious food but very crowded during peak hours. Amazing pastries, sandwiches, beverages, etc! Great spot for meeting up with friends, family, or even working on a laptop. Parking garage nearby as well as paid street parking with the app. FYI Seating inside is very limited, and you might wait a while for your food, but it is well worth it! Looking forward to my next visit. 💖”
“We absolutely LOVE Dollop. The atmosphere with the big windows and tall ceilings. The coffee, quiches, food, service and, of course, the pies are all stellar. Everything on the menu is fantastic. I’m a sucker for their passionfruit pie with white chocolate, I always grab a slice when it’s available. So good!”
“Food is great! We loved the Apple Sage pie and the Chocolate cream. The seating is extremely chaotic though(you find a seat after ordering). Even on a busy Saturday, there's ppl camping out with laptops and a coffee, making it hard to get a seat before your food arrives. Tables were dirty as well.”
“I want to like it more than I do as I live nearby. For example I stopped in on a Sunday at 5:30. They close at six. There was really nothing there. Nothing in the case. I really wanted a scone, or something, anything. Look, I’ve worked retail. If you close at six you close at six. If you want to leave at six close at five. It’s fine. Just post the hours you want to be open and then be open and the rest of us can act accordingly. Not there with an unwelcoming vibe like sure you can come in if you want but we’re halfway out the door. The food is good. As a place to kind of just hang out and snack and drink coffee, it’s not the most inviting.”
