“I often stop here as I drive between NorCal and SoCal. It's usually my only stop because the wines are very good at a variety of price points. The servers are wonderful and knowledgeable. Because I'm just there to buy, I start only tasting a few specific wines, but often I'll end up tasting various vintages or compare blends. I always end up with a wonderful selection of wines. I love the atmosphere plus it's right on the central square.”

“We popped in on our way to pick up BBQ at a restaurant nearby and wanted a bottle of wine that would go well with the food. The bartender served us three samples at different price points. All three would have gone perfectly. We ended up choosing the Trilateral and it complimented the food nicely plus it's lovely to drink by itself as well. We will be back soon for a full tasting!”

“We were visiting Paso Robles & we reserve wine tasting three hours before it closed & so we’re so happy they accept us. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The lady told us they are full ant the moment and she decided to take us into called “Speak Easy” were like okay 👌. I know what is speak easy but others am with don’t have an idea. (Speak easy is a hidden place). On speak easy room was quiet, dramatic lights & you think nobody there but about 6 seconds wow.. most tables are full. Got lucky one high table available for us. They had a display variety sizes of wines and love the design of the room. We order cheese platter and served with the introduction about the wine. End up we order 6 bottles of Red Wines. We were super enjoyed every minute of it. Unexpected great experiences. Note: parking was tight during weekend. Overall experience, wine is fantastic, place and server make more even wonderful. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 thank you again.”

“Service was ok. The testing room is average. Their wines are excellent and so is the staff. The tasting room itself and the food are rather mediocre. Such exquisite wines deserve a much better ambiance (and food pairing, or none at all).”
