“Had booked a tasting for a sparkling flight and varietals flight. Ended up adding the cheese pairing. Brendan was a.ma.zingggggggg. Talk about a wealth of knowledge, super personable and had some great one-liners that had us cracking up. The wines were great, and while I was skeptical about some of the cheeses-it was pleasantly surprising and really delicious”

Starting outside in their beautiful patio for bubbles and appetizers you then work your way in to the main dining room. As always the chef’s come out and explain the cooking experience and philosophy.”
“J Winery has been one of my favorite places in Sonoma for years, and I’ve proudly been a member for at least the last three. The wines are consistently excellent, but it’s the full experience that makes this place stand out. The Bubble Room is truly exceptional—Chef Forest creates beautifully paired bites that turn a tasting into a full culinary journey. It’s a must if you’re visiting. The Legacy Lounge also deserves a mention—the cheese pairings there are thoughtful and delicious, and I’ve spent more than one solo afternoon enjoying them with a view. The setting is gorgeous, the wine is top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond. Casey, in particular, has made our last two visits especially memorable with warmth and impeccable service. If you’re in Sonoma, J Winery should be on your list. And if you can, treat yourself to the Bubble Room experience. It’s unforgettable.”
