“Incredible meal, outstanding experience, beautiful ambiance, wonderful Anniversary dinner! The wine list was super extensive! The Pinot Noir we ordered was one of the best I have ever had. The white asparagus soup was incredible! The farm poached egg and parsley oil gave it a unique and delightful flavors! They had noted it was our Anniversary and our waiter made note of it as soon as we sat down. They sat us near the window with lovely views of the outside courtyard area. Everyone was dressed up, and it looked like a lot of celebratory dinners. Our server was really sweet!”

“Madison in Highlands gets it right. The space is quiet, intentional, and well set in the mountains. The hummus and chicken salad stand out—simple, but done well. Service is steady and respectful. Worth the stop.”

“Had a wonderful dinner here with my husband the last night of our trip. The service was incredible with our waiter and sommelier. We ordered the prawn appetizer, garden salad, duck meal and the trout. The trout was so delicious (recommended by our waiter) and the duck was cooked to perfection. We also ordered the soufflé and skillet cookie for dessert. Both were incredible and one would be enough for two people. We had a delicious 1/2 bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier with complimented everything we ate. This was a really great treat on top of a great trip at the Old Edward Inn!”

Since we were staying at the historic inn, dining at Madison’s felt like a great extension of our experience. The staff was attentive and well trained - always present but never intrusive. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, making for a memorable meal. Next time, we will aim to try one of the booth seats by the windows. We appreciate the team’s thoughtful birthday wishes, which added a personal touch to the evening. The only thing that could have made the experience even sweeter? A complimentary chocolate treat to end the night.”
