“Good food, ambiance and service. I had the sea bass and teied the Mongolian Steak, both were great. I also tried the bori bop (I am spelling this wrong), the award winning dish where the fish is cooked table side and it was good as well.”

“I had an amazing dining experience at Morimoto Asia! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was special. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, elegant design, and a great vibe that makes the entire experience feel premium. I tried the sushi, shrimp tempura, and the chicken curry bun, and every dish was outstanding. The sushi was definitely the highlight of my meal — fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and honestly one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. The shrimp tempura was crispy, light, and cooked perfectly without feeling greasy. The chicken curry bun was another favorite, packed with flavor and incredibly satisfying. The combination of textures and flavors in each dish showed the attention to detail and quality that Morimoto Asia is known for. The service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Even with a busy dining room, the service remained professional and welcoming. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service. If you’re visiting Disney Springs and enjoy Asian cuisine or sushi, this place is an absolute must-visit. I truly loved the experience and will definitely be coming back on my next trip. Highly recommended!”

“I always love eating here when we come. Our server this time was fabulous with a great sense of humor! I don't usually order orange chicken but it's really good here. Also, my favorite thing to get is the tuna tartare because the presentation is spectacular! Oh, and the lychee martinis are delish!”

“Morimoto Asia continues to impress. I’ve been 3 times now, and every visit has been fantastic. This time I had the short ribs, pork dumplings— all were absolutely fantastic. Previously I’ve had the duck (to share for two people) which is exquisite. They also have a great selection of sake, and the quality easily justifies the price. A couple minor disappointments this time — some specials sold out quickly before I could try them, and the service wasn’t quite as polished or personable as previous visits. Even so, the food and overall experience were outstanding. Highly recommend, and it honestly deserves a higher rating. Definitely deserves the Michelin review!!”

“The food was good. We were on the meal plan so cost feels different. We had lovely cocktails and our entrees were plentiful. The Peking Duck was delicious but it felt pricey if we were paying cash. The Japanese cheesecake is the only dessert I would revisit. The churros were terrible. Our server was nice and very eager to help but it caused a number of delays and made lunch long.”
