“I had an amazing dining experience at Morimoto Asia! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was special. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, elegant design, and a great vibe that makes the entire experience feel premium. I tried the sushi, shrimp tempura, and the chicken curry bun, and every dish was outstanding. The sushi was definitely the highlight of my meal — fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and honestly one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. The shrimp tempura was crispy, light, and cooked perfectly without feeling greasy. The chicken curry bun was another favorite, packed with flavor and incredibly satisfying. The combination of textures and flavors in each dish showed the attention to detail and quality that Morimoto Asia is known for. The service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Even with a busy dining room, the service remained professional and welcoming. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service. If you’re visiting Disney Springs and enjoy Asian cuisine or sushi, this place is an absolute must-visit. I truly loved the experience and will definitely be coming back on my next trip. Highly recommended!”

“I always love eating here when we come. Our server this time was fabulous with a great sense of humor! I don't usually order orange chicken but it's really good here. Also, my favorite thing to get is the tuna tartare because the presentation is spectacular! Oh, and the lychee martinis are delish!”

“Morimoto Asia continues to impress. I’ve been 3 times now, and every visit has been fantastic. This time I had the short ribs, pork dumplings— all were absolutely fantastic. Previously I’ve had the duck (to share for two people) which is exquisite. They also have a great selection of sake, and the quality easily justifies the price. A couple minor disappointments this time — some specials sold out quickly before I could try them, and the service wasn’t quite as polished or personable as previous visits. Even so, the food and overall experience were outstanding. Highly recommend, and it honestly deserves a higher rating. Definitely deserves the Michelin review!!”

“We visited on Valentine's day. The ambiance was amazing, wait was as expected and staff was very friendly. The shrimp tempura roll was my favorite dish, cooked to perfection and we could tell it was made to order. The ribs were flavored really well but a little dry. I had high hopes for the crispy popcorn shrimp based on other reviews but was underwhelmed. I wasn't crazy about the Shumai, but my date who is a chef said they were cooked perfectly and was his favorite dish of the night. The lobster Singapore noodles had a lot more broth than I expected but the taste was impeccable. I took most of it home and it tasted even better the next day. My date had the duck ramen and really enjoyed it.”

“This was our first food stop at Disney Springs for lunch. What can I say…. The food was phenomenal. I had the Morimoto Spare Ribs. This was probably the most tender and flavorful rib I’ve ever eaten and I couldn’t stop raving about them. We also got Lemongrass Dumpling and Vegetable Dumplings as well as the Crispy Popcorn Shrimp. The shrimp were delicious but by the end of eating them, it did feel a bit of heavy sauced. More so if you ate the whole order by yourself. My wife also had the Wok Tossed Chinese Vegetables, which she also seemed to enjoy. The service and atmosphere was fantastic and given the opportunity, would eat here again. No for price, as with any Disney based meals, you can expect to pay a hefty price. With tip for the food we go and only water, we were right at $100. Still, the food was excellent.”
