Enjoy simple, well-made, Italian-inspired cuisine in a laid-back setting
“Had the greatest experience at this location! I was my first time visiting and the staff were so kind! Sean and Jen were super welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We sat at the bar and it was cool to watch the kitchen work their magic while we waited for our order. The food came out quickly and was delicious, I highly recommend the prosciutto pizza, meatballs and focaccia bread. The pastas were great as well, it’s hard not to recommend everything we tried. It was a great atmosphere and will definitely be going back again soon! Also another shoutout to Sean for chasing after we left because we forgot our bag. 10/10”
“We visited Nook in Olympic Village on Thursday night for a friend date, and it was the perfect way to spend the evening. The three of us decided to share everything family-style, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We started with the focaccia and oven-roasted meatballs, then shared the prosciutto pizza and rigatoni boscaiola. Every dish was absolutely delicious—comforting, flavorful, and made for great conversation around the table. A huge thank you to Sean and Jen for the exceptional service. They were warm, attentive, and brought such positive energy to our night. Sean even offered to take a photo of our group, which was such a thoughtful touch and helped capture a wonderful memory. There was lots of laughter, great drinks, amazing food, and even some joking around about stealing Sean to come with us for delicious ice cream afterward! That's how much fun we had and how welcoming the service felt. Thank you to the entire team for making our Thursday night so memorable. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Loved this place. Came here for happy hour and the food was great! Especially loved their Rigatoni Boscaiola. Pasta was cooked perfectly and was rich and creamy without being overly saucy. The pizza was good but the pasta was definitely the highlight. The staff were also so kind hearted and amazing. Deffs worth a try.”
“Came here during dine out Vancouver. Enjoyed the burrata and prosciutto on focaccia. I also tried the margarita pizza, caesar salad and tiramisu. I found most of the food good but not memorable.”
“Today I visited this restaurant with a friend. The food was genuinely very good, everything we ordered was well prepared and full of flavor. It is a shame that the service overshadowed the overall experience. I have worked as a server before, so I truly value customer service and understand how important it is. The restaurant was not busy, yet it took quite a while for the lady who was serving us to come take our order. From the beginning, both her attentiveness and attitude toward our table felt lacking and unwelcoming, and there were visible expressions of annoyance that made the interaction uncomfortable. Personally, I did not feel comfortable asking her for anything. During the meal, several small details started to add up: • I dropped a utensil and the server did not replace it. • Water was served to the table next to us, but not to ours. • After bringing the food, the server did not return to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. Despite all of this, I still left an 18 percent tip, which is practically the minimum here. I understand how the tipping system works and I value service work, but precisely because of that, I believe the level of service should reflect that expectation. It is unfortunate because the food truly is worth it. However, this experience makes you question whether you would want to return.”
