The staff—Monique and Kristian—were not only welcoming but also impressively knowledgeable. They were true wine nerds in the best way, sharing in-depth insights about the grapes, the winemaking process, and the unique challenges faced during different vintages. I had travelled from Vancouver with no chance to reset or rest, and by the time I arrived at the winery, I was completely exhausted. Even though it’s primarily a wine tasting facility, the lovely staff went above and beyond—offering me a shot of espresso to help me feel refreshed and present for the experience.
