“What a fabulous place. We're visiting and stopped in on a whim and stayed far longer than planned because it was just so lovely. Good wine, beer, grass and wooded space for kids, dogs, families and friends to hang on a ton of picnic tables, kind gracious owners, turned into quite a memorable afternoon!”
“Wonderful wine and service! I highly recommend a bottle of PVT! One month ago I had visited with company and partook in the wine tasting. The tastings had something nice for every pallet, at a very fair price. After selecting a glass of wine and some accompaniments, I wanted to find a wine pairing for my prosciutto. I had a very unique way of describing the flavor I was looking for, but the stewards were eager to help me find what I was looking for. Even though the flavor I was looking for was not available from their selections, I was happily surprised to find the Petit-Verdot Tennat(PVT). Sold by the bottle only, for $75, that wine is in my top 3 Reds. I look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for both a wonderful evening and wine experience.”
“Great selection of wines, with the Petit Verdot being my favorite, a bold, full-bodied, and full of dark fruit and floral notes. The balcony and lawn seating make for a relaxing afternoon, and the grounds are beautiful with plenty of space to unwind. The tasting room has a warm, rustic feel with a unique glass-enclosed barrel room centerpiece, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a few complimentary tastings (no flights). Kids aren’t allowed in the wine room. Overall, a great local winery.”
“This is a lovely winery. We went on a weekday and it was surprisingly busy but quiet. Staff said it was packed on the weekends. We tried the two tasting levels and I would say the slightly more expensive one was definitely better and worth it. I am not a huge wine drinker, but I got to try some new varietals which I enjoyed.”
“Had a wonderful visit today. The wines were delicious and Jesse was knowledgeable and great help. Giving it at 4/5 stars because there is no changing table in the bathrooms. We were there with our 3 month olds (two babies in our party) and we had to go outside to the grass area/floor to change the baby. It was cold and sunny and the situation ended up not being really baby friendly. Would definitely come back if there was a little space or table to change babies so it’s more family friendly.”
