“I’ve been going to Vecchia for years, and it continues to be one of my favorite pizza spots. The Quattro Formaggi and the Diavola are both outstanding and are my go to orders. The Quattro Formaggi is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with an incredible blend of cheeses, while the Diavola has the perfect amount of spice with flavorful cured meat that pairs perfectly with the wood fired crust. Every ingredient tastes fresh, the crust is light, crispy, and perfectly charred, and the quality is consistently excellent. Pair that with the great atmosphere and friendly service, and it’s easy to see why I keep coming back.”
“All I have to say is YUM. Perfectly thin pizza with a delicious robust sauce and a thick chewy crust. Who could ask for more? But even if I wasn’t asking Vecchia Nuova delivered because all their pizzas were only $12 since it was Thursday night. The space is small and the noise level was high, but it was worth it. Will be going back.”
“Very tasty, real coal fired oven baked pizza, fresh every time. The small puzza is definitely enough for one person. I tried to eat a whole medium pizza and decided to leave two slices for breakfast. I could've eaten the last 2 slices but I was full and comfortable not bloated etc... nothing fancy, just really good food and reasonable prices with great service.”
“Fringe benefit of the food photographer is I get to sample much of what I photograph. The owner Evan was kind enough to feed my family Sunday evening offering the calamari, chicken parmesan, and the carne pizza. 5 stars from my wife and this was take out reheated in an air fryer. I'll be back as a customer.”
“The pizza is very good, very thin with a soft doughy crust. We have not had any of their pasta dishes yet, but their salads are fresh, a decent size for sharing, and their house-made Italian dressing is nice, not too acidic. The place is small so the tables fill up quickly, so you pretty much will always need to make reservations prior to going unless you want to wait hours for one to free up. The service can be a little slow but that’s understandable when waiting on pizzas to be freshly made and with them being packed to the gills all the time. They also didn’t have a bathroom available the last time we went which left people having to go to the gelato shop next door to use theirs, so that was a bit of a drawback, but that could’ve been a one-time thing.”
