Choose among two flights: CURRENT RELEASE: Taste through the entire Perliss current release lineup, a spectrum of three colors -- The Serpents - the bright, dry wine made from pure Sémillon, the great Bordeaux white varietal. - Snakeskin - the skin-contact, or orange, incarnation of The Serpents. - The Heron - pure Petit Verdot, a rare creature, showcasing the Bordeaux varietal. - Pearl of the Ravens - our estate Cabernet Sauvignon, aged primarily in Tuscan amphora. CURRENT RELEASE + LIBRARY: All the above current release wines, rounded out with back-vintages of The Serpents and The Ravens. Experience the wines’ wondrous transformation through time in bottle. A cheese board will accompany the tasting. The visit concludes with the opportunity to purchase these limited-production wines à la carte, or to join The Conspiracy, the Perliss allocation program. Tasting fees are waived with a three bottle purchase, or by joining The Conspiracy.
