“Given that PF Changs is a franchise, one would anticipate consistent quality and service across all locations. However, this particular location falls short of expectations. While the staff and servers are wonderful, friendly and courteous, the food quality is subpar. For instance, we ordered crispy honey shrimp, which turned out to be soft and chewy. Similarly, the beef with broccoli was ok though overly sweet. Notably, it wasn't served with the normal glutinous rice or even jasmine rice; instead, we were served ordinary long-grain white rice. This experience was atypical and disappointing.”
