Drink selection was also plenty with everyone getting what they wanted. The best part was Mariah and the service she delivered. Even accommodating us outside when we originally were inside. “This was the best meal I had on a business trip to Guyana. The food is spectacular. It’s expensive - but everything in Guyana is. It is on par with fine dining costs in the US (not Per Se but not Chili’s). The terrace is lovely, even on a warm night, because the breeze flows well. There is also a private dining space inside. Two pieces of advice - the staff is well trained, but there does need to be better table checks for water, food orders, etc. We had to flag our waitress three times for water service, and once, she forgot to put in our drinks. Second, consider light jazz or music for ambiance on the deck. Other than that, great job!”

“First and foremost, the food was excellent. We had the fried mozzarella to start. I had the short rib as my main course with a side of truffle fries. The service was subpar. The waitress wasn't friendly, and she was generally slow with drinks. The meals also did not all come out at the same time. The atmosphere was great until they started playing loud music on the outside patio. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for the excellent food.”
