“As a party of 2, we visited during Pinstripes’ Happy Hour. The value for the food is amazing, and both the bistro burger and signature wings are part of the happy hour. They offered the cook the burger medium rare, which was great. The lobster flatbread was also delicious. Our server was attentive and listened to our needs. The subsequent bowling session was fun too, and we both had a good time. Only caveat is the bowling balls are stained with grease from other people using them while eating :(”
“I have visited here many time. Most recently I was here for Valentines Day. It was wonderful. My food was perfect. Everything I ordered was looked, and tasted delightful. My father is from New Orleans, trust me. I KNOW GOOD FOOD. The most amazing part was the price. The pre-fix meal was $50. That was the best deal in town. 4 courses perfectly paired with a glass of wine selected by the restaurant. I can't say enough about the food, service and deal they offered.”
“I work for a college and we set up a private event at Pinstripes for over 300 prospective students and their families. Selin, the event coordinator, was very professional and quick to respond to my questions. The event space was awesome! Everything went smooth from the seating, tech, delicious food, and bowling ally. I would highly recommend this spot for a private event, but also for a fun day with your family. Thank you Selin and team for a great day!”
“Attended on a Thursday evening and had a party of 11. Six adults. 5 kids. I don't know what the total tab was but we spent a great deal of money on food and drinks during our time here. The entirety of the visit took place upstairs in the bowling alley. Most of the food was good. Burger sliders were tasty, with a charbroiled flavor. The sweet chili sauce wings were finger-licking delicious. The pretzel bites and cauliflower were also very tasty. Pizza was okay/fine. Nothing too special at all there. The issues with the visit stem from the lack of communication, miscommunication and not being willing to accommodate to make up for their mistake. Half the party arrived on time for the 2 hr reservation, were walked upstairs and seated. Once the server came over, they were asked "does the bowling time start now or can we hang out, enjoy all this food and then start the game?" The response was "uhhhh I don't know, but it will show you how much time you have." There's no time on the screen at the time of this statement, so we guess it starts once we are ready to play since we weren't explicitly told otherwise at check in nor by our server. Wrong! By the time the rest of the party arrives, orders some food and drinks, now we're ready to play. We start getting names entered and notice the screen show 30 something minutes left. Immediately someone from the party goes to the hostess stand and speaks to someone about the miscommunication. The response is we have other reservations to consider, we can't do anything, though we were granted 10 additional minutes - that's it. There are 14 lanes. One party was on lanes 13/14. Our party was on 4. That's 3 lanes. We stayed an hour after our time ran out: the other party on 13/14 left, 2 other parties came using 3 lanes total. At no point in time were there less than 10 lanes available. But we weren't allowed any more time and the kids weren't even allowed to finish their 1 game. Good food, deceptive business practices, no empathy or willingness to right their wrongs.”
