Punk Noir is an immersive dining experience by James Beard Award-Winning Best Chef, RJ Cooper, where precision, restraint, and storytelling guide the evening. Each reservation unfolds as a carefully paced tasting menu highlighting seasonality, modern technique, and thoughtful beverage pairings within an intimate, darkly elegant setting. This is not traditional dinner service — courses arrive in progression, moments are intentional, and the room moves in rhythm as one collective experience. To preserve the integrity of the experience, reservations are timed and late arrivals may impact the progression of the menu, therefore, we ask that guests plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the reservation time. We kindly request guests refrain from strong fragrances. While we are happy to accommodate many dietary restrictions with advance notice, we are unable to accommodate vegan menus or certain severe allergies including mushroom, seaweed, soy, egg, sunflower, and all-seafood allergies. Punk Noir is designed for guests who value craft, pacing, atmosphere, and dining as an immersive experience rather than simply an event.
“Without a doubt the best dining experience I have ever had. Only issue: wish I had more of the food, experience, and fun. They tell an amazing story through food, words, lights, and words. Beautiful experience. Highly recommend.”
“Absolutely love Punk Noir! I was able to go during their first opening week and was blown away by the experience. The knowledge from the staff and the way the kitchen cares about what they do is like no other. The cocktail menu is great… but the MOCKtail menu is the star of the show, actually unique drinks that keep you wanting more. I will absolutely be back for dinner and I hit up the lounge regularly with friends.”
“Such a great time!! The food is delicious and creative, the immersive dining rooms elevate the experience to something you can’t get anywhere else in Dallas. Perfect for a date night or a special occasion! Had a “Velvet Sea” cocktail in the lounge before dinner and they smoked it in front of me!”
“Punk Noir was one of the coolest dining experiences I've had in a long time. It feels like so much more than just a restaurant. Getting to sit with the chef while he explained the dishes was awesome. You could tell how much thought and effort went into every course, and hearing the story behind everything made the meal even better. The mistress of ceremonies was fantastic and guided everyone through each dish, helping tie the whole experience together and making it feel immersive from start to finish. I loved the different rooms throughout the space and they made the whole night feel like an adventure. Every time you moved to a new area there was something different to take in. The projection mapping on the walls and even on the table was incredible and really elevated the visual side of the experience. It wasn't just dinner, it felt like a combination of great food, art, and entertainment all working together. The bar and lounge area absolutely blew me away. The drinks were honestly some of the best l've ever had in my life. Every cocktail was incredible and the bartender is a complete master of his craft. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he's creating and it shows. I'm really excited to have a place like this in Dallas. It feels unique, creative, and unlike anything else I've experienced here. Can't wait to go back.”
“My husband and I had an incredible experience at Punk Noir. It was a true sensory journey from start to finish. Chef RJ and Chef Rachel have created something special, pairing unexpected ingredients and flavors in creative, memorable ways. Every course was thoughtfully crafted and pushed us outside our comfort zone in the best way. What sets Punk Noir apart is how seamlessly the food, music, and visuals come together. The curated soundtrack and immersive visuals transformed dinner into a multi-sensory experience. If you’re looking for an innovative, artistic, and unique dining experience, Punk Noir is a must. We left inspired, impressed, and eager for our next visit.”
