Every Tuesday, Amara hosts a limited-seat Paella Night featuring Chef Mario Alvarez, born and bred in León, Spain, cooking traditional paella the way it’s meant to be done: from the pan, with patience and precision. This is a one-night-a-week experience built around a single dish, a guest chef’s heritage, and a rotating selection of Spanish wine specials chosen to match. Reservations are intentionally capped, making it intimate, and ensuring your experience stays focused on what matters: paella served right. We will offer our full à la carte Amara Menu alongside the paella.
