Bosco

Bosco, which means “woods” or “forest” in Italian, is the newest restaurant from The Absinthe Group. A glowing wood-fired hearth anchors the open kitchen, where the culinary team, led by chefs Ryan McIlwraith and Kaili Hill, prepares roasted meats and vegetables, handmade pastas, and house-baked breads. A thoughtfully curated cocktail program, designed to complement the cuisine, is led by our Bar Manager, Matt Gonzalez, while an exceptional wine selection, curated by The Absinthe Group's Beverage Director, Michael Goss, further enhances the dining experience. Together, they round out an experience set in a warm and inviting space that feels both transportive and distinctly San Francisco.
