“We had a fantastic evening at Cimera. We all shared plates and every single dish was amazing. The chef Jeff brought food to our table and explained the fine details of each dish. Maddie our server was kind , attentive, and gave wonderful service. We are in the private room and had the balcony to ourselves. Gorgeous views of Denver and the mountains. We'll be back!”

“Been wanting to go since they opened and they did NOT disappoint. This used to be a different restaurant and the food and service never lived up to the location. Cimera absolutely SHINES. It’s the best view in Denver and the mountains match the name in Spanish which means the summit or highest part of a mountain. As a vegetarian, I always worry I won’t find many options but was delightfully surprised. Our server briefly explained each dish as it came out and we all shared different plates. I had a cocktail but my friends had beers. We’ll have to try their happy hour if we can ever make it there before 5pm. There were a few folks that sat on the balcony but it’s still a bit chilly this spring. I did notice they had blankets to match the Pan Latin vibes! Park in the garage so you don’t rush this meal. It’s worth being savored. They also have some additional seating for small groups and meetings at an affordable price. Will be back!”

“Food and service just keep getting better and better. You can really tell that they care. Alex was our server for lunch and he was wonderful, very knowledgeable and genuinely kind. The food was absolutely delicious. My only suggestion would be to dial back the spice level on the glaze for the anticucho. We enjoy spicy food, but this one was a bit too intense and almost hard to eat. That said, the potatoes that come with it are sublime. The tacos al pastor were incredible, the ceviche was fresh and delicious, and the papa rellena never disappoints. All of this paired with the best view in Denver. It is hard to beat.”

“The staff and atmosphere were great. Awesome views of downtown Denver, great art through out the restaurant. Great cocktails. We enjoyed the bass with yucca and noodles saltado. The skewers were good portion sizes but weren’t a standout item. Though the side of local bi-color sweet corn on the steak skewers was surprisingly delicious. Warning: the shrimp tacos are extremely spicy and it wasn’t clear on the menu or by the staff.”

“Peruvian trying Cimera for the first time. While the environment and view are great, the food was just not as good. You’re definitely paying for the view and to add to that, the food portions can be small. It was worth trying but not sure if I’d come back. Peruvian Ceviche 3.5/5 - small portion for $27 Avocado and chips 5/5 Esquites - 4/5 - more like a Mexican app Pasta Huancaina 5/5 - surprisingly very good well done Salad 3/5 Lomo saltado 4/5 - fries looked frozen Bass 3/5 Pollo a la brasa 1/5 - don’t get this lol Lots of potential for more flavor in some dishes here trust me, and the price and portions just didn’t add up to me.
