“My fiance was given a gift card for a 3 month wine membership, Nancy was our server and she could not have been better. She went over everything and explained it in detail and got her registered all during a busy dinner rush. Nancy also recommended some great options for wine and our meals. We had the sweet and crunchy shrimp appetizer, the Mahi Mahi, the gnocchi carbonara, the PBJ old fashioned, and a couple different wines and they were all delicious. Nancy was top notch from beginning to end and we will definitely request her for all of our future dining there. CH is lucky to have her and we were lucky to sit in her section, she made a special night even better.”

“My friend and I decided to have a girls' night and split the following 3 appetizers: caprese flatbread, brussels sprouts, and the chicken pot stickers. We also each got a class of wine (we "broke the rules" and went with reds with these -- May wine of the month, Les Petites, for her and Vin Veloute for me-- despite the menu pairing recommendation because that was our preference), then we followed the appetizer meal with the truffle of the month, Tiramisu. Now THAT paired well with a red! Definitely recommend. Pictures are only of the shared appetizers.”

“My wife and I had an early New Years Eve dinner. It was great. Our server Branton was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable of the wine and allowed us to taste a couple before buying a bottle. i had the filet medallions with blackened tuna (surf and turf). It was excellent (note that you have to like blue cheese since it is on the steak). My wife had shrimp and scallops risotto which was also excellent.”

“It’s always a great experience at Cooper Hawks winery, from dinner, happy hour, wine tasting and everything in between. I have been a wine club member for a couple years and I love that they let me put it on vacation mode when I’m not in town! Garrett has helped me multiple times from serving to bartending bringing a warm personality and a welcoming smile! 😃 I have nothing but great things to say about this place and highly recommend you check them out! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Recommend making reservations. We started with the calamari and there was too much batter, you could barely taste the calamari. Probably wouldn’t get it again especially for $19. Now, the wine braised short ribs made up for the calamari. For dessert we had the s’mores budino and it was excellent. Our waiter Anthony was spectacular and very attentive despite being very busy the entire time we were there.”
