“We had a phenomenal experience at Earls in the Prudential center. The food was spectacular, the ambiance was incredible and most of all our waitress Angelina P, was spectacular. She was kind, interesting, knew when to give us space but also was very attentive. She came to the table with fun stories and witty remarks. This was truly a 10/10 experience and I will for sure be back!!”
“Walked in and was instantly handed champagne. Dellena was AMAZING. One of the best and most patient servers I’ve ever had. She knew the menu in and out and gave the BEST recommendations to the entire table. Actually all of the staff was so amazing and attentive and seemed like they loved their job so much and were all proud to work there. I’ve never seen anything like it and I’m extremely impressed. Not one bad bite of food was had! Unreal. Thank you!”
“We had the absolute best time at Earls. Not only was it the welcoming atmosphere, the stellar ambiance, the delicious food and all around good vibes, but it was the fantastic customer service that we experienced at our table. We were at Earls having a fun girl’s night, after a rough day at work. And this entire experience was so fun, that we completely forgot about work. Our server Jen was phenomenal. She was so professional, friendly, welcoming, courteous, attentive and has a caring nature. She’s fantastic at her job. We truly appreciated her taking the time to come chat with us too. We also want to highlight- Valeria. She’s a true gem! We also appreciated her time at our table too. She made us laugh and brought us some really great conversation. We wish we could’ve had Jen and Valeria sit and join us at our table and chat all night! They were truly both so sweet. They’re such great humans. I know their jobs are busy, and they have other tables to attend to. But, I sincerely appreciate both of them taking the time for us. Also can’t forget their very cool manager, Brendan! He was so nice to come to our table to chat with us too. Customer service makes all the difference in an experience. And this was top tier. But, the food was great also! We had some drinks and ordered appetizers to share, that included: yuzu calamari, truffle fries, shrimp and pork dumplings, and charred corn and avocado dip. All so good! Can’t go wrong with any of those choices! We’ll definitely be back next time! Thanks for the good times Earl!”
“My colleague and I came here for dinner after a long workshop day. We were both exhausted and definitely in need of some food to recharge 😂. Along with a salad, we had calamari which was very delish, my colleague ordered the steak&sushi, while I chose the fish. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rate the fish very highly, as it was far too salty for my taste. I also wish there had been a wider selection of desserts on the menu. That said, the overall dining experience was pleasant, thanks to the welcoming service and relaxing vibe.”
“I was surprised at how crowded it was on a weeknight, there were people waiting to be seated and even the bar was pretty full. Luckily I caught a bar seat as someone was leaving. Staff was super friendly and quick at the bar. I ordered a espresso martini and the truffles pasta with steak. The steak was good, cooked properly, but the pasta sauce had so much salt and garlic, I couldnt taste the truffle oil. If I go back id try something else. It was almost $50 for the pasta, but it was cause added the steak.”
