Just five minutes from Grafton St, Fallon & Byrne is set in the beautifully restored former International Telephone Exchange, a four-storey heritage building in the heart of Dublin City. At the very centre of what we do is a love of great food, seasonal Irish ingredients, and warm hospitality. Up on the first floor, our bright and elegant Dining Room serves a contemporary bistro-style menu, designed by Chef Hugh Higgins. With a deep respect for Ireland’s rich culinary landscape, Hugh crafts dishes that are thoughtful, generous, and rooted in the finest produce from our own Foodhall below. The focus is on seasonal, carefully sourced ingredients, simply and beautifully prepared. The space itself is one of the city’s most atmospheric.
