“Wanted a quick brunch visit so we stopped by Friedmans and were not disappointed! Service was very quick and the food came out when quicker! I got the latke with smoked salmon and poached eggs, it was incredible. Eggs were perfect and it was a big portion for the price, especially in new york city. Most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free so if you have an allergy or are celiac its a great option!”

“Everything we tried was excellent! It was all flavorful, hot, and fresh. Excellent care for allergens - the menu is clearly marked and GF items come out with a toothpick, so there's no second guessing whether an item is safe for gluten allergies. The lemon pancakes were so delicious, I was surprised at home much I liked them! They had a great texture. The nova benny (salmon eggs benedict) was very flavorful and well made. I loved the latke instead of bread. It was crispy and a great balance to the flavors of the other elements. The fried chicken and waffles can be made GF. The chicken was crispy and also had a great flavor! It is bones-in which makes it a little harder to eat with a knife and fork which it abnormal for chicken and waffles, but still really good.”

“First, I want to give a shoutout to our waitress, Gracie. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My party of three felt well taken care of throughout the entire meal, and the excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. The entire staff was kind and professional, but Gracie truly stood out. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for her you won’t be disappointed!”

“Really good breakfast. We came here last minute because a reservation was cancelled so we quickly arrived and were seated immediately. The food is really good, from the pancakes to the eggs Benedict. I do have to mention, it’s a little noisy and the time I went the bathroom was locked and for some reason they didn’t give reason why. Nonetheless, the food was great!”
