“The space is very nice. The entrance is the shop with shirts and Hard Rock products. Downstairs is where the restaurant is. Very spacious area with a nice layout. We just grabbed some drinks and an appetizer and some wings. The food was good the wings were really amazing. They were cooked perfect and the seasoning was just right.”
“We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the food, which was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The burger was perfectly balanced, and the sundae was truly a generous and memorable dessert. However, what made our visit truly unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Florin. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout our meal. Florin made us feel like "musical royalty," sharing engaging stories about the memorabilia and ensuring every detail of our experience was perfect. He truly added an extra sparkle to our first Hard Rock moment in London. Please share our gratitude with Florin and the rest of the team for providing such a fantastic combination of delicious food and "rock ’n’ roll magic." We look forward to visiting again soon.”
“We've been here before, but just met with friends for drinks and haven't had food before. This time we did and it was really good, I mean surprisingly good. The ribs were fantastic, I'm sure I haven't had better in the UK. The salad was good, but rather small. My wife's spicy shrimp were good and so was the salmon. We'll be back.”
“Located in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, this was a very enjoyable dining experience. We tried the grilled steak salad and a burger, and both were delicious. The portions were generous and satisfying, with the salad standing out for its freshness and quality of ingredients. The staff were very polite, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The atmosphere is comfortable, and as you would expect from a Hard Rock Cafe, music is always part of the experience. A great option for anyone looking to enjoy a meal while exploring central London.”
“While not the first or original Hard Rock Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus stands as the brand's flagship location, paying tribute to the building's prestigious heritage and unbeatable central location. As with the majority of Hard Rock Cafe, you first enter the Rock Shop. At this location, you will find the world's largest Rock Shop, full of London-inspired merchandise and exclusive limited-edition collections. Of course, it is not only the merchandise, but also the food. Several of the patron's favorites include the Classic Smashed Burger, BBQ Bacon Burger, One Night In Bangkok Spicy Shrimp, New York Cheesecake, Famous Fajitas, Smokehouse BBQ Combo and many more. My family and I tried their famous Classic Smashed Burger. It was a decent sized burger with juicy patty, melted cheddar and cheese sauce, and tasty smoked bacon and legendary sauce pickles. If you are looking for a little more kick, I do suggest their Spicy Diablo Smashed Burger. Rather than cheddar, it has pepper jack cheese, and instead of legendary sauce pickles, it has pickled jalapeños. Their salads were filling and tasty too. We ordered their Southwestern Bowl, which was a quinoa corn salad with pico de gallo black beans, red cabbage, mixed greens, and ranch dressing. We added grilled chicken for some protein. While it did fill us up even more, it was juicy and a nice mix to the salads. Their Smokehouse BBQ Combo was decent. The pulled pork and barbecue chicken was tender and juicy. The house-made barbecue sauce was thick, but not overwhelming. There was nothing special to note, just a really delicious smokehouse barbecue chicken and pulled pork.”
