EST. JUNE 7, 1990 In a city with so much to see and do, the main attraction for locals, as well as tourists, is Hard Rock Cafe Orlando. Located at Universal Studios Orlando in the CityWalk entertainment complex, Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is the biggest HRC in the world. With large, statuesque pillars, it stands majestically as a Roman Coliseum of rock, and boasts more pieces of music memorabilia than any other location. The site includes not only a vast, multi-level cafe, but also Hard Rock Live Orlando, a 3,000-person concert/party venue.
“We had a wonderful dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in CityWalk and everything exceeded our expectations! The food was great and really yummy, generous portions, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving after a long day at the parks. Our server, Ash, was truly exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The entire team was wonderful and clearly worked together as a unit. Special shout-out to Leo as well. Appreciate the team taking the time to help direct us to all the key memorabilia, you all truly made our dinner and overall experience unforgettable. Thank you, Ash and Leo, and the whole Hard Rock team!”
“If you're a rock fan, promise me you'll visit this place at least once in your life! It is absolutely worth it! It is, without a doubt, the best Hard Rock Cafe there is. The service is wonderful, and the food is too. Right at the start, they take photos of you that you can purchase later. In short: the entire experience itself is magical. Greetings from Brazil!!! I will definitely be back on future trips! Make sure to include it in your trip, and take the opportunity to visit the Universal parks as well.”
“We decided to treat our child to a birthday meal here and it was amazing. I’ve always enjoyed eating at Hard Rock Cafe’s but our server brought it over the top. From the get go, the hostess gave him a birthday card signed by the employees of the restaurant. It wasn’t a printed generic card, but actual people signed it. It’s the little things. We are great food, chef salad and Asian noodle bowl and each were delicious. Then, at the end they brought my child a birthday sundae and he got to stand up and everyone in the area sang happy birthday and made him the center of attention. He loved every minute of it. Great job everyone, the people made the night. If you like rock and roll memorabilia, go and enjoy dinner here. Good food, great music and awesome things to see!!!”
“A visit to the Hard Rock cafe is always fun! I love the atmosphere, and the memorabilia. Also, the food is great! I need to eat gluten and dairy free and it wasn't an issue for Hard Rock to accommodate. I ordered a nice burger, with an Udi's roll, and fries. The fries are made in a dedicated fryer so they were safe. I will absolutely return next time I come to Universal. Spectacular service as well, our server was awesome and a delight.”
“We were served by a beautiful and lovely Abby. Excellent service. The food was ok. The Grilled salmon was taste but overcooked. The masses potatoes were taste but cold. There was also corn, cherry tomatoes and string beans. This was not worth eating. The smash burger was not bad, but certainly not worth the price. Very Small hamburger patties. The lemonade was good, not great. We loved that we could watch the football game on one of many tvs. Excellent location.”
