My Cooking It is the result of 30 years of practising Thai cooking. One of the very first dishes I made as a child was Thai. Since then, I have learned to cook in Thailand, observing every step and cooking alongside local people. I then trained in prestigious restaurants in Bangkok. In particular, Bo.lan, which was once Michelin-starred, and Err welcomed me into their kitchens so that I could refine my skills alongside their teams. Today, I focus on creating dishes that are authentically Thai — full of character, freshness, and indulgence. And I bring my own personality and touch to them. My cooking is honest, generous, simple, and unpretentious. You’re going to love it!
