Bangkok Thai on Main

“Went with a larger group for my wife’s birthday. We had to adjust our reservation to a later time which they were happy to accommodate. Atmosphere was great, cozy, warm wood tones, quiet enough for our group to talk easily. Our server was excellent, very friendly and took great care of us. The food was the highlight though. Most all of us love Thai food and have been to many restaurants in the area. Heard multiple people say that it was the best version of their dishes that they had ever had. Standouts were the khao soi, basil stir fry, and I had the soft shell crab with panang curry. I told them around a 3-4 out of 5 for spice and it was absolutely perfect. The crab still had a great texture even while being in the curry, the curry was complex and so delicious. We also tried some cocktails. Their Thai mai tai and thai margarita were both delicious as well. We also had one kid with us, he did great, but only thing to note was he got chicken satay with peanut sauce to dip them and he said it was a little too spicy for him. We also for a few orders of the mango sticky rice, that also came with strawberries and kiwi. All pretty in their presentation.”

“Was not super busy on the lead up to a holiday weekend. But this was some great Thai, they have plenty of options for spice. They could easily do gluten free for someone with celiac which was nice. Easy place to come if other restaurants are busy on main. You get a lot of food for the price, but not cheap per say.”

“We had lunch at Bangkok Thai on the Main with a big group, and they were amazing! They were able to accommodate all of us without any issues, which was such a relief—especially since it ended up being the only restaurant we could find available in downtown Park City at the time (probably because it’s a bit tucked away and not so easy to find). The food was absolutely delicious the pineapple fried rice is a must, and the drinks were just as great. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re in Park City and want great Thai food with excellent service.”

“The prices were a bit steep, but we got a ton of food. Ended up ordering 4 different dishes (pineapple fried rice, red curry, drunken noodles, and pad Thai). The spice level was good and my kids really enjoyed the food. We were the first people in the restaurant when it opened and were alone for most of our meal, but it was a Monday night. Would dine here again.”
