Pinky's by Vanderpump - Flamingo Las Vegas

“What a fabulous ending to our Vanderpump themed girls' night in Las Vegas! Pinky's was the perfect spot to wrap up the evening taking our late night reservation. The vibe felt like Palm Beach meets Vegas elegant, colorful, feminine, and fun. It brings a glamorous energy to the Flamingo and really helps add a higher end touch to the entire property. The bread appetizer deserves an award for the best pull-apart bread in Vegas and possibly the country!! The flavors were incredible, and the honey butter was absolutely to die for. It was the perfect appetizer to share with the table. The Pumptinis were dazzling and the espresso martinis were equally fab. There are so many tempting options on the menu that we'll definitely need to come back and try more. A special shoutout to our water attendant, who worked incredibly hard all night. Our glasses were never empty, and his level of attentiveness deserves recognition. Great atmosphere, superb cocktails, out of this world food, and a fantastic bar. It was an amazing experience to complete our Vanderpump girls extravaganza!”

“I see many women laughing and smiling, drinking and eating. I see a lot of men, eating a burger and growling. The atmosphere has almost a speakeasy feel, but more open and with Lisa Vanderpump’s signature pink and flamingoes. It was fairly easy to get in, but I would definitely suggest reservations. We started with the goat cheese balls. I was not sure about the hot honey strawberry sauce at first, but it went very well with the fried cheese. I ordered the Pinky Burger. I might have preferred the onion rings on the side instead of in the burger, but the burger was good. The tater tots look very unassuming. The first one in ruined me on other tots! These dill flavored tator tots are 100% gold! My wife had the sliders and they were exceptional according to her. I would preface that by telling you if Lisa Vanderpump fed her dish water and told her it was bisque, she would eat it. They did look very good though. Did I mention the tots are the best thing since tots were invented? She finished with a pumptini with gold dusted raspberries. She says it was fantastic. The real star (besides the dill tots) is the service staff. We had a reservation for much later, but the host got us in early without a problem. Our waitress, Kyra, was great. She has a sparkle and you can see she loves her job. Nothing can set a meal up to be great like a passionate server. The only downside to me is the menu. There is not a clear separation of food and drink. I was not sure where one ended and the next began. Otherwise, a great place and a great experience.”

“I went to Pinky’s for a drink at the bar, which was delicious. I decided to go back there for dinner and was very happy with the food, drinks and service. The drinks are top notch and actually have alcohol in them, unlike some other bars that have watered down drinks. I ordered the goat cheese balls for an app and those were absolutely amazing. I had the sliders for my entrée and they were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I had tater tots on the side which were crispy and tasty. For dessert, I had a warm apple cobber. The ambiance is fun and gorgeous. Highly recommend!”

“We had such a wonderful experience at Pinky’s by Vanderpump, and a huge part of that was Miguel (server assistant). From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask — refilling waters quickly, clearing plates promptly, and making sure our table was always spotless and comfortable. What stood out most was his attitude. Miguel carried himself with such a positive, respectful energy and made us feel truly taken care of. In a busy Vegas atmosphere, that level of attentiveness and warmth really makes a difference. He worked seamlessly with the team and elevated our entire dining experience. It’s team members like Miguel who turn a great restaurant into a memorable one. We will absolutely be back — and we hope to see him again!”

“Such a gorgeous place, it is sure to drag anyone in who likes aesthetic scenery. The staff were a little too rushed, the waitress left in the middle of taking our orders, so didn't like that. The food and cocktails were unique and very tasty. Would definitely recommend for starting off a girls night or Bachelorette and birthday party.”
