“As good as people say! We are staying in wailea, but this was worth the trip. The miso butterfish was perfection, but a little smaller than I thought based on pictures I'd seen. Its an appetizer size (and on their starter menu) I could have skipped the garlic noodles (unless you want a tasty side dish, we used ours to soak up the remaining miso butterfish sauce), but the Look Moore Funn noodles with the shrimp and scalops were 10/10! And desert, the mango mouse with lilikoi was a refreshing end to an amazing meal. Book early, reservationa fill up”

“My husband and I went to Star Noodle last night looking for something comforting, and this place did not disappoint. We ordered the sour soup with noodles, eggs and bacon with a side of rice, and the wings. The sour soup with noodles was definitely my absolute favorite. I highly recommend it, it reminded me a bit of the flavors of Tom Yum, with the perfect balance of savory, tangy, and comforting notes. The wings were also outstanding. The flavor was incredible, with fresh mint, peanut sauce and cilantro that really made the dish stand out. We enjoyed a Kahi Beer as well, which paired perfectly with our meal. Star Noodle offers a great variety of asian style food and diff drink options, so there is something for everyone. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was the beautiful ocean views, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Between the delicious food, refreshing drinks, friendly service, and stunning scenery, it was the perfect spot for a comforting meal. If you're dining there, be sure to say hello to the manager, Kevin. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and offers excellent recommendations that can make your dining experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended!”

The singapore noodles and ahi belly was absolutely to die for! Stunning waterfront views from our table. Great place to celebrate a birthday! Will be coming back :)”

“This was my favorite dinner during our Maui trip! I made our reservations in advance so we could get a table right around sunset. Two of us shared the Garlic Noodles, Bacon & Eggs, Cantonese Green Beans, & Steamed Pork Buns and it was more than enough food for us (we are pretty light eaters). We also got the Malasadas to-go because we were so full but couldn’t skip dessert! Everything was delicious!! Service was friendly and efficient.”

“My daughters and I were very excited after making reservations last week, but the experience quickly fell short of expectations. We arrived about 30 minutes early and waited at the bar, where we ordered a couple of drinks. The maître d’ didn’t seem particularly welcoming or friendly. Once seated, our waiter—Andy, I believe—was very pleasant and attentive. We ordered three appetizers: the kimchi and the clams were both delicious. However, the noodles were disappointing. I had the black bean noodles, which were overly salty and poorly prepared; the sauce lacked the depth and quality you would expect from a well-executed dish. A seasoned chef would typically use whole fermented beans for better flavor and texture. My daughter’s Singapore noodles were just average. Overall, the meal felt mediocre and did not live up to the hype. For $160, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant.”
