Perused the menu online, I was going for the FRIED CHICKEN & MUFFIN SIZED CHEESE PUFFS … yup, GLUTEN FREE! In fact, they said most anything on the menu can be adjusted to accommodate GF. The puffs yall 🤤 Huge, full muffin size, melt in your mouth, savory, cheese and buttery bread combo! I had to make myself stop eating them to leave room for my chicken. And they came with this cheesy biscuit gravy for dipping and I couldn’t get enough! In fact, I ordered more to dip my tenders in instead of the BBQ sauce they come with … AHHHMAZING combo! The black pepper of the gravy, the crunch and savory spices of the chicken, almost like chicken fried steak. Highly recommend! Everything about this place was so amazing, so many choices, and the option to eat waterfront that we chose when we came back Saturday morning for brunch with friends. I got their short rib hash w/eggs over easy and ate them atop some of the best GF pancakes! Fluffy, moist, not gritty pancakes. Highly recommend the combo but if not your jam, soooo many options to chose from! I even heard they sell these amazing GF Seasalt Chocolate Chip Cookies but didn’t try them out.”

“Update (April 2026): Came back and wanted to highlight how strong their gluten-free options are. The gluten-free fried chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy, and the fish and chips were just as good—light, crunchy, and full of flavor. They also offer gluten-free desserts, including a chocolate chip cookie and brownie, which are both worth it. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and quality with gluten-free items. Still one of my top spots at Disney Springs—especially if you’re looking for great gluten-free options that don’t feel like a compromise. Had an amazing experience here! I ordered the gluten-free crispy chicken sandwich and it was not only delicious, but I felt completely safe eating it, which is huge for anyone with dietary restrictions. The staff was knowledgeable and took extra care with allergies, which really stood out. The atmosphere is beautiful—bright, airy, and perfect for a relaxed meal at Disney Springs. “Me and my friend were looking for a place to have a good meal and catch up, so I booked a reservation here at Summer House and it did not disappoint. The service was top notch, even before we got to the restaurant. So, it was our first time coming to Disney Springs and we didn't know how hectic the parking was, so, when we arrived and had to spend 10-15 mins looking for parking it ran us up against our reservation time. I called the restaurant to let them know that we'd arrived, but we were still looking for parking. They were so gracious, they noted our reservation and when we got there, we were seated immediately. Our table placement was perfect. The ambiance was great and even with all of the people in and around the restaurant it wasn't too loud at all. Our server was super kind and cheerful, she also explained the food offerings perfectly. My friend and I are non-alcohol drinkers, I REALLY appreciated the mocktails, they were just anything sweet thrown together, very intentional and they tasted amazing. I had the Wagyu meatballs (a MUST TRY), they were seasoned to perfection and that sauce (amazing). We also had the smoked fish dip and crackers as a starter, so good and not too salty. My friend got the cob salad with Grilled Prawns and I had the New York Strip 'Au Poivre', both dishes - excellent and the portions were right on. We ordered dessert to go, four words, Lemon Blueberry Cream cake - get it. That cake topped off the night, it was smooth, creamy, flavorful and the perfect portion size. Do not let the picture fool you, it's the perfect amount. We had an amazing experience and I can't wait to come back.”

“Service and vibe are both top notch, food leaves mush to be desired, though. The structural integrity of the chicken adobo tacos was nonexistent and the guac lacked the authentic flavor I’d expect from a relatively simple dish. I’m sure there were lots of other menu options that tasted better, but this place could benefit from putting the same amount of effort that was put into the decor and ambiance into their food.”
