“Had a life changing dinner here last night. The best seafood I've ever had in FL! (Or let's be real, ever.) The special grouper our server recommended was succulent and hearty and enough for 2 people to eat generously. Still thinking about it! The fresh hamachi garnished with peach was mind blowing as well! So fresh and tasty. Their fresh oysters changed my perspective on oysters (previously not that great) because of all the interesting flavor+texture combinations they fit in the shell. The olive oil ice cream+flourless chocolate cake combo was amazing if you're into desserts with a little savoriness. My favorite detail about all the food here is their use of fresh herbs in everything, even their desserts! Really can't wait to come back. I think the only critique I had is that the music was really loud and I had a hard time hearing my friend and the servers speak but I can deal with that if I can eat the grouper again lol! Marvelous.”

“The entire dining experience was exceptional. I made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday at 5:30 on March 14th. One of our favorite dishes was the bacalaito, along with the snow crab served with roasted strawberry gazpacho. The whole evening felt warm and inviting. Watching the chefs prepare everything in the open kitchen was such a special experience, and everyone was incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the dishes they presented to us. I would highly recommend Coro to anyone.”
