“We went to Happy Hour tonight and had Gio as our server. It was a very pleasant experience and Gio was the absolute best, very personable and professional. The food was delicious and the cocktails were superb. Gio had the food (small plates) coming out periodically so we could focus on each one. While we were there, the management had a daily team building experience that left us smiling and wishing we could also participate. Needlessly to say, we were quite happy when we departed. I highly recommend Takato and suggest that you ask for Gio!”

“We came to TAKATO on Saturday, May 31st, for my son Logan’s graduation, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We had some difficulties getting there on time, and I called a few times throughout the process. Every interaction was met with kindness, patience, and understanding. When we arrived, Liz was incredible, so calming, accommodating, and professional. She immediately made us feel welcomed and seated us right away, even with everything going on. On such a special and emotional day for our family, that compassion truly meant so much to us. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the entire experience felt elevated and memorable. Thank you to Liz and the TAKATO team for helping make my son’s graduation celebration so special. We will absolutely be back soon!”

“Not the best photos, and I didn’t get a chance to snap pictures of everything, but that’s definitely not a reflection of the experience! We’re visiting from out of town, and this restaurant absolutely did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was delicious, and I would happily order it all again. The service was amazing as well. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, attentive throughout our meal, and went above and beyond. He even brought over a picture and crayons for my nephew when he noticed he was starting to crash out. We would definitely come back!”

“Takato at the Conrad is a fantastic spot with a sleek vibe and top-tier hospitality—the hostesses at the front desk are incredibly friendly and really elevate the experience. The servers were professional and attentive. Dinner was a highlight, especially the tuna tartare and sushi selection. Breakfast is solid overall, though the coffee execution was a bit inconsistent during my stay (often too bitter from over-steamed milk), with the exception of my final morning which was perfect. Definitely a solid choice that I’d visit again.”

“Good food, but overpriced for what it is. Based on the quality and portion sizes, everything should cost about 20% less. The nigiri, rolls, and appetizers were all genuinely good, and the cocktails were solid. But this is a restaurant positioning itself as upscale without fully delivering the experience to match the prices. One example: the busser cleared plates within seconds of the last bite. Give guests at least 30 seconds to a minute. Rushing the table undercuts the upscale feel they’re going for. All in all, the food is good but the value isn’t there. I probably won’t be back unless they introduce a happy hour, especially with so many other options nearby.”
