“The entire restaurant has a great vibe - it’s open, relaxed without seeming to too casual, and well-decorated. The patio is an excellent spot for a Saturday brunch, with good air flow and live music. Our food was delicious - the app sampler, lobster role, and the chicken and waffles - the cocktail menu is extensive and creative with tons of summery options, and the service was prompt and friendly. Is it pricey? Sure, the food and drinks aren’t cheap by any means. Gratuity is auto-added at 18% to all tickets and you have to pay via QR code which adds on another $4. For 2 people - drinks, app, food - it was $250 all-in. Would we go back? Absolutely. It’s such a fun, relaxed spot to a Saturday, with surprisingly great food, and we loved it.”
“I had to come on here to rave about my visit here. I was visiting Chicago for work and found this by my hotel and im DO glad I did. I had the pleasure to be served by Diana. She was wonderful, 10 10 10s across the board. The atmosphere and aesthetic is already so cute, but service and food to match, impeccable. Me and my friend had they're weekday brunch/lunch, he ordered the burger (absolutely delicious) and I ordered the steak and eggs and broccolini, also delicious and perfectly seasoned. Although when they initially brought my steak I ordered MR I ended up with MW/W. Diana cane over immediately and fixed it for me. I was able to eat the broccolini while waiting and they were SO good. The cocktails also fantastic. My reorder came at a good timely matter, The manager and Diana both made sure we were ok thru the entire experience. She gave recommendations on local places, had an effervescent personality, and could tell she pays attention to detail. The only thing ill say is at a certain time they turned different music on it was a skosh too loud but they adjusted it immediately when another party had asked. I definitely will be back for work soon and i hope I am able to get Diana again. I 100% recommend stopping in.”
“Perfect spot for Saturday brunch. Fun atmosphere, delicious food. I had the avocado toast with a side of potatoes and my friend had the garden scramble. We both enjoyed some coffee. Definitely requires a reservation ahead of time and so we had a little bit of a wait even after having a reservation, but all in all great experience.”
“I had a mixed experience during my visit. The food was excellent and definitely the highlight, which is the main reason I would consider going back. The place tends to be very busy, so making a reservation in advance is a good idea. The tables are placed very close together, which makes the space feel crowded and increases the chances of people or servers bumping into your table. There are two floors, and the table arrangement on the second floor feels a bit more comfortable and slightly less crowded than the first floor. The staff was fine and professional, but not especially friendly or attentive. Overall, the quality of the food stands out, but the atmosphere is not the most enjoyable because of the tight seating and constant crowd.”
“Nice place for brunch. Visited with about 25 other people as part of a reserved brunch gathering with other coworkers. We got our own little room for dining near the elevator. Yes, this place has an elevator with a second floor for dining as well. I had the shrimp tacos which were good. It was recommended by the waiter as one of their most popular items ordered. It typically comes with three tacos but I ordered an extra fourth. The jalapeños were a good "topping" for the tacos and gave the taco some flavor. I washed it all down with a Seattle Cider (Basil Mint) in a can since all their drafts and most bottles were unavailable for some reason.”
