“Food was great. Menu was only a couple pages but all the food was done very well. (Rather do a few things great than a lot of things okay) The atmosphere is amazing, great views of the beach and live music. Our waiter, Misha, was very accommodating and served us well. The manager stopped by to make sure we were having a good experience which is always nice. I would highly recommend stopping by for lunch/dinner.”
“Great food. Great sunset location on third floor. On the expensive side but a fun place with live music. They have an excellent three course meal for two for $110 that’s worth the money. I had the coconut shrimp appetizer. NY strip that reminded me more of a great ribeye than the standard NY strip. A fantastic crème brûlée in a pineapple was included in the meal.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tiki's Grill & Bar was such a great find in Waikiki. We stopped in during happy hour and everything we ordered was excellent. The coconut shrimp appetizer was perfectly crispy with great flavor and a fresh island feel. The grilled fish sandwich was light, fresh, and cooked perfectly—not dry at all. The smoked mackerel sandwich was unexpected in the best way: rich, flavorful, and something different from the usual beachside menu options. The whole place has an amazing atmosphere—relaxed, lively, and exactly the kind of spot you want after a day in Hawaii. Great food, great service, and a perfect location to sit back, eat well, and enjoy the Waikiki vibe. Our waitress was from South Carolina and was great with a bubbly personality. Definitely a spot we’d return”
“Food, ambience, service were all absolutely amazing! I was facing the ocean around sunset, so you can't beat the ambience~ great music, ocean, sunset~ Tui was very friendly and attentive. 1944 Mai Tai was delicious. You get a free cup if you order the drink. I mean... it was strong but it was very delicious. I'm definitely coming back for the Mai Tai and service, plus food. Ask for Tui, he's awesome!!”
“Our party of nine dined at Tiki’s on May 2, 2026. Upon arrival, we dropped off seven members of our group to be seated while my husband and I parked. To our surprise, they were still waiting when we returned. When I inquired why they were still waiting, I was told that one hostess initially indicated they would be seated, but another hostess interjected and stated—rather abruptly and rudely —that the entire party needed to be present to be seated and that our table was not yet ready, despite it being visibly set. I raised this concern with the manager, noting that our full party had arrived and that other guests were being seated ahead of us. He addressed the situation with the hostess staff, and he seated us immediately. We were then advised that our server had been attempting to secure on of our tables due to a stability issue. While appreciated, the inconsistent explanations made for a less-than-ideal start to the evening. Fortunately, our server, Sarah, completely turned the experience around. She was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and engaging, and it was clear she took genuine pride in providing excellent service. My husband and I ordered the “dinner for two” option, which included two appetizers, two entrées, and a dessert. We were pleasantly surprised that the portions were full-sized rather than reduced. We also ordered drinks that came with souvenir glasses. This was a nice added bonus! Overall, aside from the initial seating negative experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would recommend Tiki’s.”
