“My sweet wife took me here for my 40th birthday. The setting is kind of divey but also chic. Of the dishes we had the steak was the best although the prawns were also good.”

“Went there for dinner with friends with a dinner reservation. We split our meals, so we could try them all. The roasted carrots were amazing. Far better than I had expected as an appetizer. The duck and lentils were delicious and the shrimp was good. The portion sizes were adequate, but not excessive. The caramel brulee, chocolate mousse, and chocolate of the day were all wonderful. Drinks were good with nice presentation. Friendly staff. Great ambience. I highly recommend.”

“From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us with a smile. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, they managed to find us a table in the busy restaurant. Our waitress was also very friendly. The food was very nice, and it turned out to be a wonderful pre-Valentine's romantic dinner. I would come back!”

“Overall, we had a good experience at this restaurant. The food was enjoyable — the salmon was soft, well-cooked, and flavorful, while the pasta was decent but fairly standard. The menu is somewhat limited, but what they offer is prepared well. Service was quick and efficient. The ambience was typical and comfortable, nothing particularly unique. There is free parking available beside the restaurant and if it’s busy, you may need to find street parking nearby.”

“Worst food and service we have had in Eugene so far! We had reservations for Saturday night 3/7/26, for me and my husband for his birthday. The salt n pepper haired man at the door was not having a good day. Never smiled, just looked at the reservation and sat us down. Watched him wipe his nose, face and beard through out the night while he seated and served water. Our waitress "Jud" knew the specials but was anything but happy, didn't know her name til we asked when she brought the check. The wine selection was meh, but decent. The French onion soup was thick and tastless. The goat cheese balls were nothing special. The duck breast was tough and needed seasoning, the rice was a blob of glue. The chicken gnocchi dish was dry and bland. Chocolate pot de creme was flat and not worth the calories. No mention or special birthday anything. The bar is the place to sit, not that we will ever be back or tell people to eat there. The bartenders were happy, moving to the music (which was on a loop, we heard soulman three times). The bartender with the ponytail and cool tattoos looked up multiple times making eye contact, smiling and greeting everyone. There was also an older obvious seasoned female waitress who smiled and nodded each time walking by. Not that either of them can change the overall customer service or taste of the food, but at the very least tried. Horrible and not worth the money.”
