“I've come here for a wine tasting and various times for Trivia Night, and I've always enjoyed myself! The food is consistently fantastic in presentation and taste. Some of the portion sizes for the starters are small. I've been disappointed with the amount of brie served, but options like the burrata were quite hearty and good for sharing. Prices are reasonable. The wine is delicious. Pictured are cannoli, seasonal burrata plate, the baked mac, and an old bay waffle fry. Servers are attentive and sweet and they remember customers! Whoever chooses the playlist plays Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley every night, I'm convinced. The building is large and there is plenty of space and open air. Everything, bathrooms included, always seems clean. Trivia is free to participate in, and it's upbeat and fun. You may want to make a reservation if you plan to come any time that isn't winter. The winery does get crowded, and sometimes the overflow parking lot is full as well. There's also music bingo! The wine tasting I attended was in January, so the place was empty, leaving the wine helper to give us his full attention. He answered any questions we had, but largely left my friend and I to discuss tastes on our own. I did not feel any pressure to try certain things and I did not feel like I was being lectured, but he gave amazing suggestions when asked. My only real concern is with keeping folks informed. When events are cancelled, just updating the Instagram story would be helpful since the winery is somewhat out of the way. The wine club is advertised on the website and at the tables, but nowhere does it mention a price, or lack thereof. You have to make an account online to even see information like that. When I asked a server, she said the wine club is free! I'd love to see that stated somewhere... anywhere. All in all, would recommend. (:”

“Beautiful, Relaxing, and Such a Vibe! I went to Sharrott Winery in Hammonton, NJ to celebrate my birthday, and it was such a beautiful experience! I’ve always wanted to visit a winery, and this one exceeded expectations. As soon as you walk in, you’re surrounded by gorgeous wine displays, soft lighting, and a calm upscale atmosphere. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, but once I saw how beautiful it was outside, I switched to the patio and I’m so glad I did. The scenery was peaceful, perfect weather, and the staff was so kind and attentive. For drinks, I ordered a wine flight three two-ounce pours for a great price $16. They have everything from sparkling to dry to sweet wines, and I went with sweet the Riesling, Crimson Sky, and Summer Sangria. All three were amazing, but the Summer Sangria was definitely my favorite sweet, smooth, and refreshing! For food, I tried the Margherita Flatbread Pizza and Old Bay Waffle Fries with cheese sauce. Both were delicious, and that cheese sauce was so good I had to ask for an extra side. Everything about this place just gives soft luxury, chill vibes, and great energy perfect for birthdays, date nights, or relaxing weekend outings. The wine, food, and service were all excellent, and the entire experience felt special. “Warm, Welcoming, and Wonderfully Delicious! My daughter and I visited Sharrott Winery for the first time yesterday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, who immediately brought us over to the wine station to begin our tasting. We started at the wine bar, where we were guided by Dana—our incredibly knowledgeable and friendly wine host (or wine connoisseur!). He made the tasting fun and informative. As part of their process, we each sampled six different wines, and Dana helped us understand and appreciate the unique characteristics of each one. Midway through, another staff member named Jen stopped by to chat and complimented my daughter on her graphic tee. She was so down-to-earth and personable—and we later found out she’s the manager! It was clear that everyone there takes pride in creating a welcoming environment. After our 45-minute tasting, we waited just a few moments for our reserved table. While we were standing nearby, we overheard a waiter offer a quicker seating option, but the hostess thoughtfully replied, “No, I’m pretty sure they want to sit by the window, so go ahead and get that one cleaned and ready.” That small gesture—without us even asking—truly stood out. I only wish I had caught her name so I could personally thank her in this review. We chose the indoor seating, which was cozy and inviting. We each ordered a glass of our favorite wine from the tasting, along with the pretzel bites with cheese and the cheese plate—both were absolutely delicious. Our server Mia was excellent—attentive without being overbearing, and her check-ins felt perfectly timed. The service was thoughtful, the staff genuinely kind, and the atmosphere relaxed but professional. We ended up purchasing a few bottles to take home, and we haven’t stopped talking about the experience since. It was a five-star visit in every way. We’ve already recommended Sharrott Winery to friends and can’t wait to come back soon!”
