“One of a kind intimate experience. The tour was gorgeous and the grounds felt like you were at someone's beautiful lake house. We did our tasting next to the owner's private collection, and the whole experience felt so special and informative. I would recommend Sinegal to anyone wishes to have a quieter and beautiful tour experience.”

“This place was honestly such a great experience, Ish was super personable, made us feel super comfortable, gave us recommendations on eats etc around the area. Most importantly, let's not forget this was easily the best wine we had thus far on our trip hands down. Can't wait to experience their wine when I head back to the east coast!”

“Wish I’d known before I booked… I planned a milestone birthday celebration for a close friend, and this winery was at the top of our list. None of us were members, but some of us were local and this is the kind of place we would have seriously considered joining after a good experience. Unfortunately, things went downhill immediately. As we arrived, some crates were blocking the parking sign, so we drove slightly past the designated area, where we were met by a very angry man who ordered us to turn back immediately. We were delighted to learn he’d be our host. It went from bad to worse. He was openly rude, condescending, and dismissive, making it clear he was irritated by our presence and treated us as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. When we asked to tour the grounds and take a group photo, he rolled his eyes and rushed us through the entire thing. Mind you some of our guests had traveled internationally and were here for the event. By the end, we were so uncomfortable and disappointed that we chose not to purchase any wine and left as quickly as possible. Fortunately, the rest of our day was salvaged by other wineries and gracious hosts, because this experience (despite good wine) left a bad taste in our mouths.”

“My boyfriend and I booked (and paid good money for) a tasting AND tour here, but only got a tasting. And the length was far shorter than what we booked (like 30-45 minutes versus 90 minutes, if I remember correctly). Not only were we ripped off, but the man hosting the tasting was extremely condescending (almost contemptuous) and it felt like we were being rushed. They don't even let you look at the lake/pond if you're not a member (and even if you are, there are restrictions on it, if I remember correctly). It was made VERY clear throughout the "experience" that they look down on you if you're not a member, and even more so if you don't buy any bottles. The snobbery and obvious money-hungry/elitist attitude surrounding membership was gross. If nothing else, it was unprofessional. I'm not sure if it's because my boyfriend and I are somewhat younger and more casually dressed than most folks in Napa Valley, or if it had something to do with my boyfriend being brown, but we haven't had this issue at any other winery we've been to. The wine was fine. Not my favorite, but that's subjective. If you like being ripped off and condescended to, this is the place for you :)”
