“Sure would’ve liked a glass of Chardonnay- 70 degrees out and beautiful sunny day, but we only had two white wines to chose from- a Viogner and an Amarino, which we don’t care for. We were told that Siren Song will only have 9 types of wine at a time, so there won’t be a full selection of every grape varietal. Disappointing. We chose a viogner and it was just ok. We were asked if we had a reservation and we said no, didn’t think we needed one for a glass of wine without food? This is a Much needed venue for Eagle but here’s the thing- when people want a glass of wine they want to drink what they like- not have to chose from wines they don’t like. We understand maybe you don’t make a Chardonnay, but maybe add one you don’t make. Year round Chardonnay on the menu is versatile and goes with so much plus all the appetizers you have on your menu, such as your baked Brie, your cheese plate, your bread basket and your bacon wrapped figs. Otherwise the balcony was very nice and furniture and decor modern and attractive. We will say the woven bench seats on the balcony only seat one person unless the two people are small. Consider replacing with single chairs and adding several tables for two as all we saw were four tops plus woven benches that felt small. Also, we were offered an ice bucket for our wine, and we reminded our waitress when she stopped back by to check on us, and never got it. She brought it out as we finished the bottle of wine. So, service can use some brush ups. Altogether we enjoyed our visit but feel improvements can be made.”
