“Went wine tasting for my and my sisters birthday. Views are amazing and great for pictures. Ruby and Alicia were awesome and very attentive. They made the experience that much better. Will definitely visit again.”
“We went wine tasting for my sister’s birthday! The views are so beautiful. A very serene and peaceful place. The service was 10/10 Alicia and Ruby attentive and answered all our question and were so sweet!”
“Visited this unique gem during a spontaneous trip to Paso Robles. I was only able to experience their wine tasting but it was very delicious. The hospitality that Alicia provided made the whole experience even better. She was amazing and very knowledgeable with their Sirena wine products. The views are phenomenal. I hope to come back soon and actually stay in one of their villas.”
“It is not the luxury that's promoted on their website. Although the staff we encountered were nice, the experience was not what I was hoping for. We checked in and were basically told how to get into our room and were left to do our thing for our whole stay, which was 3 nights/4 days. The view from our balcony looking out to someone else's well-kept vineyard was beautiful, but that's where it ends for me. The bedding was old and worn, the bed squeaky, awkwardly placed sink and mirror in the bathroom. We were asked to keep the AC at 70 degrees minimum. There was used coffee grounds in the coffee machine when we arrived. No room service. Additional $18 per person per day for breakfast. We were told tasting was free when we checked in, but was charged when we went a couple of days later. The pool was closed. I wonder if that's because they only open it during the summer. Basically, all you get for what you pay is a room. Not worth it.”
“I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was disappointing enough that I feel it should be shared. Our group made a reservation expecting a wine tasting experience that included some level of customer service and wine education. Instead, the server simply dropped off bottles at our table without explaining what each wine was, its characteristics, or any tasting notes. We ended up having someone from our own party pour and serve the wines despite being charged a service/gratuity fee (luckily he had some knowledge and skills to know what the wines were about) . It left us wondering what exactly the service charge was for which honestly should be reimbursed. As an avid wine enthusiast who has visited more than 17 wineries, I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing tasting experiences I've had, especially considering it is located right in our own backyard. While the views were beautiful, the customer service fell far below expectations. What made the experience even more frustrating was the payment situation. When making our reservation, we specifically asked if we could pay with cash. We were told over the phone that cash was accepted and that the bill would simply be provided as one receipt. We agreed and planned accordingly. However, when it came time to pay, an employee whom I believe was named Alicia informed us that cash was not accepted. There were no visible signs indicating the establishment was cashless, and this directly contradicted the information we were given when making the reservation. Additionally, our group was told to quiet down at approximately 2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon while seated outdoors. We were not being disruptive, and the request felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling as though we were being treated differently than other guests. We observed a nearby table receiving significantly more attentive service, while our group felt largely ignored throughout our visit. Whether intentional or not, the difference in treatment was noticeable and disappointing. After being made to feel unwelcome and disrespected, our group decided to get up and leave rather than continue spending our time and money at an establishment where we did not feel valued as customers. We took our business to another location and had a much more enjoyable experience. The scenery was beautiful, but customer service is just as important as the view. Based on our experience, I would not return, and if a zero-star rating were possible, I would seriously consider giving one. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, addresses the inconsistencies in communication, and works to ensure all guests are treated with the same level of professionalism, respect, and service”
