Eberle Winery was established in 1982 by owner Gary Eberle. In 1991, Eberle was seeking additional space for the red wine program and decided to go underground. Today there are 16,000 square feet of underground caves located below the winery create. This is the perfect place to age every bottle of wine we make.
The Eberle Winery Tasting Room is open seven days a week - offering complimentary wine tasting, cave tours and spectacular views of our vineyard!

“We were on our way to Lake Nacimento but had some time to kill before checking in to our rental. We have been wine tasting in Paso a few times and we belong to enough wineries to feel a bit snobbish. 😆 We weren't expecting much from a free tasting. Thankfully, we were wrong! All 5 pours were good but we really enjoyed 3. We stayed longer and had another glass, then left with a bottle (could have easily been 3-4 but we have a lot of wine). Nice looking tasting room and outdoor spaces, and friendly staff. We absolutely will be back.”

“Eberle was our first winery stop in Paso Robles. It’s conveniently located and the property is beautifully manicured. We enjoyed a private tour and tasing in the cellar - highly recommended and very informative - followed by a bottle of wine on their beautiful patio overlooking the vineyards. The wines were all lovely, but I was particularly fond of the Cotes-du-Robles. The tasting room staff was friendly and eager to make our visit memorable.”
