Stages serves Progressive New England cuisine; drawing inspiration from the world, while sourcing our foods from close by. We constantly explore and develop our base of ingredients and techniques to give our guests the best possible experience. Your Stages experience takes place in the kitchen of the restaurant, where we have seats for up to 6 guests and serve a continuously evolving tasting menu. Reservations required. The Living Room is our cocktail lounge where we offer a menu of small plates meant for sharing accompanied by a thoughtfully curated beverage list. The Living Room is a cozy and intimate lounge furnished by arm chairs and coffee tables. Reservations are welcome, walk-ins allowed. Tucked away in a restored mill building that houses tons of businesses and apartments lies one of the best speakeasy-inspired cocktail lounge experiences in all of New England. Bernadette, the in-house Somm and mixologist, is absolutely incredible. She's so knowledgable and passionate about sharing her craft with others. (Order one of her Omakase drinks - trust me!) Every bite on the food menu was amazing, too. Chef Evan Hennessey's oysters with pickled pear, shirodashi is of my favorite seasonal dishes...And don't even get me started on the caviar ice cream. 10/10 recommend!”
“We met here with friends before dinner to have appetizers and cocktails before heading to dinner somewhere else. It was such a great, cozy little spot with super interesting and delicious small plates. The little couches and nooks have games and coffee tables so you can relax and enjoy some snacks and drinks. We definitely want to book a full dinner at Stages someday, but til then we will definitely be back to hang in The Living Room!”
“This is our absolute favorite place to come hang out! Bernadette makes the absolute best mocktails and cocktails in Dover and the food to pair with it is always excellent. The best part is that the plates you order are small, so you can always adjust how much you order to match how hungry you actually are. Highly recommend this nice, calm hangout spot!”
