This Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Cedar Creek x Chase Sapphire dinner is $295 per person. This experience includes our signature 17 course omakase inspired tasting menu, a beverage pairing and (2) extra chef bites. A 20% service charge is added upon checkout. This experience starts 20 minutes prior to the scheduled seating time with a welcome palate cleanser. We are located inside the Hyatt Lost Pines. Proceed to the front drive for complimentary valet service. This experience is available for advanced purchase for cardholders only, through the Chase Sapphire Ultimate Rewards member portal. Omakase Experience
The Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Cedar Creek omakase menu is $165 per person, and includes complimentary same day valet parking. A 20% Service Charge is applied to all bills. This experience starts 30 minutes early with a complimentary canapé service and welcome beverage. At the “welcome center” of the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, proceed to valet and provide your name, letting them know you will be dining at Sushi by Scratch. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate vegetarian requests or mushroom allergies. All deposits are final and non-refundable.
