“Tamburlaine Organic Wines was the very first stop on our wine tour and honestly set the bar incredibly high for the rest of the day. Marcus led our tasting and was absolutely fantastic!! knowledgeable, funny, warm, and genuinely passionate about the wines. Exactly what you want from a wine tasting experience. He took the time to explain each wine properly, answer questions, and made the whole group feel relaxed and welcome. The wine selection itself was excellent with a really great variety that catered to all tastes, whether you’re a casual wine drinker or someone who knows their stuff. The atmosphere was lovely, everything felt very well organised, and the whole experience had such a friendly, professional vibe. After visiting other wineries later in the day, it became even more obvious just how good the experience at Tamburlaine actually was. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Hunter Valley and we’ll definitely be back”

“Had the most amazing experience at the cellar door when I visited last year (sorry this review comes so late…). I came with my parents and we had a great host who told us the stories of each wine with such deep knowledge and enthusiasm that we still remember most of them! Thank you for the wonderful memory. We now order our wines online regularly and get the same ones we tasted and bought at the cellar door.”

“This is my favourite winery in the Hunter Valley. I am a member and each time I attend for a tasting the service is always amazing and I learn something new each time. Tasmin looked after my boyfriend and I on Valentines Day, the complimentary cheese board was lovely. Tasmin took the time to know what I usually order and suggested a few different options to try. Walked away with some Rose to enjoy later that evening.”
