The Publick House - Brookline

“Been here quite a few times and it’s been wonderful everytime. Their beer menu is extensive and possibly unmatched in the Boston area. Cocktails and food are fantastic too. It’s one of those neighborhood places you’d want to be a regular at. The waitstaff are really helpful and very attentive. The Publick House is a proper Brookline institution.”

“Always a great beer list but the fries were different than pictured. We ordered both the app and the mussels and both were thin cut fast-food style fries. They also had a touch of sugar in the seasoning which had us questioning if someone accidentally sprinkled sugar instead of salt!”

“some bartender today 5/31/2026 6:45 pm, gave us wrong quantity of beer I ordered. I ordered 16oz but she gave us 12 oz. I even asked her is this is not the correct quantity but she didn’t agreed. Rude Behavior. Patrick house is usually nice but today wasnt.”
