“We first visited Xixón in 2019 and had an exceptional experience. Recently, we decided to return and see whether anything had changed — and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant did not disappoint. Everything was just as we remembered it. Our server, Armando, exceeded all expectations. He was attentive without being intrusive, recommended an excellent wine, and even assisted us with the paella by cleaning the seafood shells — a thoughtful touch that elevated the entire experience.
