We are celebrating our heritages at 701 Eateries! We accept reservations and walk ins at our woodfire hearth dining room, Prairie Kitchen. Due to limited seating during inclement weather, our Camp Lone Tree Rooftop bar is first come, first serve. Here at 701 Eateries, we will meet you in the kitchen, where all the good parties and storytelling happen! Whether it’s singing 90s rap at the top of our lungs after some cocktails with wooden spoons for microphones (because that’s what we do EVERY holiday) or eating lefse, hot dishes, a great steak straight from the farm or making traditional Romegrott, we will share our traditions of growing up in the midwest and we hope you share yours. 701 is all about midwest nostalgia. . . help us tell the stories of our heritages.

“Had dinner here with a couple friends last weekend and overall it was a pretty good experience. The food came out fresh and had nice flavor, especially the house specialty we ordered. Service was friendly and our server checked on us just enough without being overbearing. The place was busy but still felt comfortable and relaxed. Prices seemed fair for the quality and portion sizes. One of our sides was a little colder than expected, but it wasn't a big issue. I'd definitely come back and try a few other items on the menu next time.”

“What a fun concept! We started upstairs at Camp Lonetree, sat outside on a beautiful sunny evening for a drink and some wings. We went downstairs to Prairie Kitchen for our dinner. The food was delicious!”

“Never had a bad meal here, everything has been from the steak to the Swedish meatballs to the guyre fries! We came for brunch this time and had the smoked brisket has, lemon ricotta pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. Smoked brisket hash was probably an 8/10, with a little more spicy aioli it would’ve a step above! Lemon ricotta pancakes were a 10/10, DEFINITELY get those!! Biscuits and gravy were a 7/10 - gravy was amazing, biscuits were just slightly doughy/cakey and not what we were used to. Otherwise very impressed with the service and food, will definitely be back!!”

“Saturday night dinner with the family. Great service, great food, great ambience. Cornbread starter, Nordic meatloaf and walleye tacos very very tasty and nicely presented. Great place either for a date or a family gathering. Thanks again.”

“CAMP LONE TREE Still the best nachos and margaritas in town! This time we tried the pizza, it was very good too! We got in one more patio happy hour before the season turns! Updated *** My wife and I were looking for a good happy hour and rooftop patio. We found it here. Best margarita I've had in a long time. My wife had chardonnay that she really enjoyed. The nachos with beef barria again, major hit with us. Chefs kiss. We will be regulars now.. Old review *** Cool place, nice vibe. Good was either too salty or not quite enough taste. PRAIRIE KITCHEN - The atmosphere is really nice here. Upscale but understated. The food here was slightly above average. The onion soup was a little bland.”
