Alexander Valley Vineyards is located on the historic homestead originally settled and built by valley namesake Cyrus Alexander.

Our convivial tasting guide, Mark G, graced us with an expertly-informed tour of AVV's delicious wine, followed by an in-depth tour of the fascinating wine cave. We thought of AVV because, as Sonoma County residents for 37 years, we've enjoyed many of their wine selections, mostvof which were donated to local non-profit benefit auctions. Clearly, AVV is not only dedicated to producing world-class wines, but they also give back to the local community. We'll be back for more!”

“We had the best tour with Harry! He was so full of incredible stories about the rich history of the winery! The caves are extensive and really cool! Cyrus was our favorite wine and we couldn’t help ourselves…took a bottle to go! We love serving Alexander Valley wines at Cafe de Fleur in Auburn, AL and can’t wait to get them into our bottle shop at Grove Station! Knowing the stories and history of the property makes talking about these wines super fun…watching folks taste them will be even better!!! Can’t wait to come back!!”
