“New to the area found this winery on Google. Very disorganized waited at the entry no one greeted us then went in sat down for 5 or ten minutes. Lady came out said do you have reservations we said no the. She said you can't sit outside unless you do asked us to come back inside we went to the counter and she said we could sit at two other tables. We sat down at the new table and it was dirty. She came over to take the order and told us we cannot do a tasting if it wasn't a reservation. Didn't explain what wines were what just asked us what we wanted we scrambled to pick off the name ordered some pizza. Don't think I will ever take a trip back here was an 8 hour drive for a horrible experience in benton. Only reason for the second star was wine and food were good. Crazy we couldn't sit outside we were here 2 hours and no one came in..... Terrible spot.”
