Elk Haven Winery, founded in 2018, is a family-owned winery focused on crafting high-quality wines. It began in Worley, Idaho, with Single Tree Vineyard, known for its ideal elevation and unique soils that enhance cold-climate white varietals. In 2022, the winery expanded to Red Mountain AVA with a 12-acre vineyard dedicated to red wines. Today, Elk Haven operates from Red Mountain, offering tastings from both vineyards, along with food by Chef Chris Selfridge, spirits from its Rainfire distillery, craft cocktails, and beer—all set against scenic vineyard and river views.
“Oh my goodness!! The view was spectacular, even got to see 2 Bald Eagles flying around. This is a great place to unwind. We didn't eat but the menu looked great. Will be returning for sure.”

“As soon as you walk in, you notice the very high ceilings, exposed beams, and very friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating available with great views. Wine is obviously the focus, but the Rainfire spirits (bourbon, vodka, and agave) should not be overlooked for those interested. Additionally, there are beer choices. Small bites, such as flatbread, are available with gluten free options that need it.”
