“Recently had a great stay! Staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and perfectly located with stunning ocean views. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and every detail throughout the property felt luxurious and relaxing. The pool area and amenities were top-notch, creating the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful getaway. What really stood out was the level of service and hospitality. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale stay at the Jersey Shore!”
“Great experience. Clean modern rooms, nice modern amenities, facilities are well maintained, and absolutely wonderful staff. Valets, bellman, front desk, housekeeping staff, and the wait staff at the bar restaurant area were all phenomenal. Should out to George the GM who greeted us and gave us a tour on the way to the room to acquaint us to the property. You could tell he was highly trained in luxury guest service on such a natural pleasant level. From someone with the same background, very much appreciated it. A bit confused pulling in as to where the entrance was as there is no main sign of what side of the building it is, and there is an entrance for the residences right next to the hotel entrance that looks the exact same. Set up like a city hotel layout where you just enter ant ground level and the main area is up on the 4th floor. Also have never paid so much for valet parking but didn’t want my vehicle on the road or outside more than it needed to be. The location definitely feels up and coming. Some areas within blocks seem very rough and worn. Asbury in general changes with each corner you take. The downtown area is adorable and a simple drive, walk, or scooter ride away.”
“Debbie at the front desk made us feel at home. Most gorgeous room with modern, beachy, rustic and art deco rock n roll feel! If you wanna feel spoiled, this ultra funky hotel is worth every penny. Beautiful large private balcony with view of the ocean and all of the action on boardwalk, restaurants and music halls. Tons of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and even more a short Uber away. Overall super stay Everyone so kind.”
“Very nice looking hotel. Restaurant says they have gluten free options but they are not all really gluten free. The flatbread gluten free was delicious but If fries are made in the same oil as non gluten items then that’s not gluten free. Found hair in hamburger which was replaced with new burger but no compensation. Very nice looking hotel. Restaurant says they have gluten free options but they are not all really gluten free. “Let’s start with the good: the staff here are very kind and responsive and I believe are genuinely doing their best. Very nice people and the best part of the hotel. There is a nice view of the beach in the lounge / porch area which is a great spot off season. Now the bad. Hidden resort fees which are charged for each day and explained only at checkout. On top of that, they charge you for a crib, 25 per day (this was explained beforehand), which I feel is egregious and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms are spacious but nothing super luxurious - the dune is a bit of a silly sell and make no mistake, you see more parking lot than beach when you book here. The bathrooms with actual toilet are terribly small and cramped. Each room is also equipped with tablets to order food and anything else but the problem is they do not work and go to a blank screen, which was the case for most of our stay. Massages at the spa was also quoted at almost $200 per 60 min. session. and even more for 90 minutes. This is clip joint pricing. Now the worst part: food and drinks here are horrible - everything we ordered was bland and poorly seasoned or unbalanced. For the prices on the menu, averaging at above $18, this is insane to deliver such poor quality food. I’m sorry but cannot recommend this hotel despite the good location - right near the boardwalk - and the nice people.”
