“Location and Atmosphere is Top Notch! The beach front vibe does not get any better. The downstairs get a view of the ocean and the pier, but not a full view of the sunset. The place is packed, even on a Tuesday. But our server was amazing and on point. She was able to deliver an excellent service. Food is great. The Lamb Chops was perfectly grilled, flavorful, moist and tender. Definitely the best Lamb Chops I've had. The brussel and bacon is a must. Price is above average, but considering the location its still a steal. Parking is a problem, metered or the lot. Best to take Uber/Lyft.”

“Perfect for a date any time of the day and you get a beautiful view of the beach. We were greeted warmly and service was phenomenal. The restaurant itself is gorgeous with mainly windows (feeling like glass walls) that you get a panoramic view surrounding The Strand House. The drinks and food had such beautiful presentation. I got so lost in the moment that I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of our main course. There are also many options to take a walk and bar hop if you don’t want the night to end. I highly recommend The Strand House if you want to make a good impression and to celebrate any occasion - or just to even have a nice catch up.”

“An incredible dining spot right near the pier, with truly stunning ocean views, especially at sunset. The food was just as impressive as the setting. The fries are a must-try, perfectly crisp and flavorful. The ahi tuna salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, not overpowered by vinegar (as it usually happens) and the sea bass was cooked to perfection with lots of flavours. For dessert, the truffle hazelnut treat is an absolute standout, rich, indulgent, and reminiscent of a Ferrero Rocher. Parking in the area can be a bit challenging, with mostly metered spots nearby. There is some free street parking in the surrounding residential areas if you don't mind a short walk.”

“Went here for a birthday dinner and the atmosphere definitely made the occasion feel special. The burrata salad was delicious, but the octopus and fish dishes tasted a bit salty and didn’t feel especially fresh—though maybe my standards are just too high. The staff were friendly, but the service was extremely slow—probably because the restaurant was so busy. (waited about 40 minutes for the main course after finishing the appetizers.) That said, the Manhattan Beach sunset right next to the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and easily became the highlight of the evening.”
