“My husband was sent to the SLO area for a business trip and I tagged along for a writer's retreat. We stopped into this fabulous family vineyard and had a glorious afternoon. Our server Chris was delightful and informative, providing us with the relaxing day we both needed before we bustle down this week. The wine, was glorious, competing with some of the best wines found in the French Quarter. I cannot recommend this lovely vineyard enough.”

“This was the last winery of our visit, and it was the best. Nestle quietly off a road in the valley of vineyards and green lush mountains, the gentle breeze with the beaming sun made us all enjoy the visit so much more. The main person serving was gently, gracious, not pushy, gave us time, described each wne very throughly and just made us feel welcomed. The wines each lingered well in the throat, easy to sip the samples slowly and enjoy each variety. Muscat Chardonnay and La Entrada Pinot Noir were my favorite for this visit.”

“Our group visited this spring and not only got very lucky with some beautiful sunny weather, but we also were lucky to have John as our host. He has the perfect mix of dad-jokes & wine knowledge that had everyone in our group laughing and feeling comfortable. Everything we tasted was delicious. The grass area we sat in made us feel like we were on our own private picnic with lots of room to walk around and take pictures. Our experience was all around wonderful, but it was really John who made it unforgettable. We are excited to have a new go-to spot to visit! Thank you John & Baileyana :)”

“Relaxed visit at BAILEYANA. They offer Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as typical of SLO wineries. They had a Pinot Rosé which was made from 100% Pinot grapes, instead of the typical Grenache. Enjoyed the less fruit forward character of the wine. Overall nice relaxed visit here.”

“Baileyana has a nice, low-key and relaxed setting, and the staff was very friendly. It’s a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a tasting. The only downside is that it’s right next to a fairly busy road (at least on Friday afternoon), which takes away a bit from the atmosphere. The wines were okay, enjoyable but not our favorite.”
